The Technical Training Specialist (TTS) serves as a bilingual (Spanish and English) technical trainer for the client company in The Americas region (North, Central & South America) for specific analytical instrumentation product lines. The TTS is responsible for building and delivering training modules, as needed, for assigned projects. The primary means of delivery will be via remote web meeting; however, in-person training may be required on occasion.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Implements, monitors and conducts training programs.
Meets with marketing teams to discuss training materials and strategies.
Works closely with product specialists, service, marketing and sales team to develop needed training.
Creates visual aids and presentations.
Conducts orientation sessions and continuing education training.
Provides logistical support, course development, delivery, and evaluation.
Plans the implementation and facilitation of activities and events, material production and distribution, and other resources to ensure that operations are managed effectively.
BS degree in a scientific field
and experience providing technical instruction in either an academic or professional environment.
Up to 15% travel may be required throughout the Americas and Europe
Must maintain a current and valid driver’s license and passport
Must have English and Spanish language proficiency
