Full time opportunity for a mid to senior level SAS Programmer to join a dynamic team of experienced statistical and database programmers working with varied sizes of data sets specific to clinical research.  We are considering candidates at various career levels. Statistical Programmers will work on large and small studies/projects related clinical and pharmaceutical research. Programmers will collaborate with most business and technical teams to deliver efficient project results. These teams include; Clinical Ops, Data and Engineering, other statisticians as well as plan sponsors. To be considered candidates must have clinical trials experience (or very closely related)
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Independently write production and validation programs for tables/listings/figures and data analysis sets for clinical trials
  • Provide analysis of specific datasets to ensure consistency across protocols
  • Review and confirm accuracy of data and program documentation
  • Create and maintain global macros to increase programming efficiency and streamline critical operations
  • Programming electronic submission deliverables.
  • Help build and maintain process improvements and standard operating procedures  
  • Mentor junior level SAS programmers
  • Develop tools in SAS for data analysis and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop Metadata files and create SAS programs for  mapping  raw datasets appropriate standards
  • Provide programming support to data team to detect any issues
  • Convert data delivered in a variety of formats to SAS datasets.
 
SUGGESTED EXPERIENCE
  • BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Life Sciences or a related field
  • 2-4+ years of statistical analysis experience with SAS
  • 2+ years of experience using SAS for clinical trials data analysis
  • Knowledge and experience with other programming or database languages and tools
