Your unique role with us: To support mold and equipment qualifications and validation activities while working directly with process engineers, program managers and customer contacts while writing protocols and analyzing data in support of new projects.
  • Support New Project Teams
  • Work with Engineering, manufacturing, and customers to define inspection requirements for each new product
  • Work with Metrology Personnel to develop fixturing and methodologies for new products
  • Apply Statistical techniques and tools to new product and process qualifications
  • Complete advanced quality tools as required (FMEA, PPAP, etc)
  • Apply statistical techniques to develop and validate molding and value added

What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • 2+ years of Quality Engineering in a Medical Device environment
  • Previous Statistics and application experience
  • Injection Molding Manufacturing a plus
