·         Provide technical support to patients and healthcare providers for issues relating to our clients Medical device products
·         Access and update patient accounts through computer-based systems
·         Monitor current procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
·         Promote and maintain high-quality technical support standards within the Technical Support department. Resolve hardware and software issues
·         Document and analyze patient and product information
·         Participate in new product training (as required when new products are launched)
·         Comply with all elements of the Quality System, regulatory requirements, and patient confidentiality and privacy as outlined for the position
 
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Requirements:
·         Associate Degree or above in CS, EE or 5 years’ experience in related field
·         Excellent analytical skills; ability to learn quickly
·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·         Familiarity with relational databases and SQL is a must! 
·         Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
·         Medical device industry experience is a plus

Will be able to ascertain root causes working with customers and provide technical solutions.

Leadership skills as the role will likely grow to Managers role



MUST HAVE 4 or MORE YEARS INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IN EITHER MEDICAL DEVICE OR BANKING INDUSTRY.   NO FRESH GRADS PLEASE
