Management Business Solutions (MBS) is seeking a Customer Service representative in Kalamazoo, MI in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience in a high-volume setting and experience in working in a laboratory environment.
Answer questions regarding test results, sample and drug testing processes within 24 hours.
Place pro-active calls to delinquent customers.
Enter, process, and maintain customer information into a Laboratory Information Management System.
Analyze and research complex testing result questions or refer to other questions to assigned Sales Representatives.
Provide internal support to such as scheduling meetings and attending conferences.
Determine potential sales opportunities.
Registers and distribute accounts to the appropriate sales representatives.
Use GoToMeeting webinars to communicate with customers about proper testing methods and submissions.
Complete and share incident reports with the appropriate department and lab director.
Improve the effectiveness and retainment of customer relationships.
Bachelor’s Degree is required
2 years of Customer Service experience is required
Experience in a laboratory environment highly preferred
Knowledge of MS Office preferred
Experience with contact management and database systems is preferred
